Triptofan-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.2, triptofanil-tRNK sintetaza, L-triptofan-tRNKTrp ligaza (formira AMP), triptofanol-transfer ribonukleat sintetaza, triptofanil-transfer ribonukleinsko kiselinska sintetaza, triptofanil-transfer RNK sintetaza, triptofanil ribonukleinska sintetaza, triptofanil-transfer ribonukleinska sintetaza, triptofanil-tRNK sintaza, triptofanska translaza, TrpRS) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-triptofan:tRNKTrp ligaza (formira AMP).^[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + L-triptofan + tRNK^Trp ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ AMP + difosfat + L-triptofil-tRNK^Trp
