Antonio Ramon Delgado (born January 28, 1977) is an American attorney and politician. Since 2022, he has been serving as the lieutenant governor of New York under Governor Kathy Hochul. He was the U.S. representative from New York's 19th congressional district from 2019 until 2022. He is the first person of either African-American and Hispanic descent to be elected to Congress from Upstate New York.[1]

On May 3, 2022, Delgado was selected by Kathy Hochul to be lieutenant governor of New York.[2]
