David R. Bowen
David Reece Bowen (born October 21, 1932) is an American politician. He was born in Houston, Mississippi. Bowen was a U.S. Representative from Mississippi. He served for 2nd congressional district. He served from January 3, 1973 through January 3, 1983. He was a member of the Democratic Party.
