Frank J. Gaffney Jr. (born 5 April 1953) is an American anti-Muslim conspiracy theorist.[2] He is the founder and president of the Center for Security Policy.
In the 1970s and 1980s he worked in many roles for the federal government, such as seven months as Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs during the Reagan administration.
