Hansa Yogendra (born 8 October 1947) is an Indian yoga guru, author, researcher and television personality.[1][2] She is the director of The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, founded by her father-in-law Sri Yogendra.[3] She was born in a Jain family. Her father's name is Jitendra Phulchand Patni and mother's name is Tara Patni. She married Jayadeva Yogendra in 1973.[4]

She is the chair of the Yoga Certification Committee for Quality Council of India, and President of the International Board of Yoga. She is the Vice President of the Indian Yoga Association.[5]

She was presenter of the television series Yoga for Better Living, aired on DD National in 1980s.[6]
