Kwame Raoul (born September 30, 1964) is an American lawyer and politician. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Raoul is the 42nd Attorney General of Illinois since 2019.

Raoul was a member of the Illinois Senate. He represented the 13th district from 2004 to 2019 after he was appointed to fill the seat left by Barack Obama, upon Obama's election to the U.S. Senate.[1]

Raoul was the Democratic Party's nominee for Attorney General of Illinois in the 2018 election and won the general election.[2]
