Lakshmi Nandan Bora (15 June 1931 – 3 June 2021) was an Indian novelist and short story writer. He wrote in the Assamese language.[1][2] He wrote over 60 books,[3][4] including award winning novels, Patal Bhairavi[5] and Kayakalpa.[6]
Bora was honoured with the Padma Shri, the fourth highest Indian civilian award in 2015.[7] He was born in Assam, India.
Bora died on 3 June 2021 from problems caused by COVID-19 in Guwahati, India at the age of 89.[8]
