Mariannette Jane Miller-Meeks (born September 6, 1955) is an American physician and politician. She is a member of the United States House of Representatives since 2021.[1]

She was a Iowa State Senator for the 41st district from January 2019 to January 2021. She was the 2020 Republican nominee for Iowa's 2nd congressional district following the retirement of incumbent Democrat Dave Loebsack. She beat Democratic nominee Rita Hart by six votes in the 2020 election.[2]
