Dame Monica Jessie Dacon, née Sheen DBE, CMG (born 4 June 1934) is a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines schoolteacher, educator and politician. She is the widow of parliamentarian St. Clair Dacon.[1] She became acting Governor-General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in 2002.
