Papurana milneana is a frog from Papua New Guinea. Scientists have also seen it on Fergusson Island and Normanby Island, which are in the d'Entrecasteaux Islands. They think they may have seen it in the Lousiade Islands.[3][1]
Scientists used to think this was the same frog as Rana daemeli.[3]
