Samuel D. Felker

Samuel D. Felker was an American Democratic Party politician who served as governor of New Hampshire from 1913 to 1915. During his time as governor time he pursued a reform agenda. Much of this agenda, which included a large number of social and economic measures, was approved by the legislature.[1]
