The Sehol A5 was launched in 2019, as a successor to the JAC J5. It was initially called the JAC Jiayue A5 until 2021, when the name was changed to Sehol A5. The car is built in Hefei, China, and has been in production since its release.
The Sehol A5 is sold primarily in China and has been made available in other regions, including Kazakhstan,[2] Mexico, [3] Russia,[4] and in the Middle East, where it is sold as the JAC J7.
