Spire Healthcare Group plc is the second-largest private healthcare company in the United Kingdom. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

It runs 39 private hospitals and 8 clinics across the UK, and the London Fertility Centre. [1] It bought The Doctors Clinic Group in December 2022. That is an occupational health service which runs 22 private GP clinics in the UK. [2]
