Willy Quadackers (26 July 1937 – 18 April 2020) was a Dutch footballer. He played as a right back.

Quadackers was born in Heerlen, Limburg. He played club football for Fortuna'54 (1961–1966) and MVV (1966–1971). He also played one match for the Dutch national team in 1964.

Quadackers died on 18 April 2020 at the age of 82.^[1]
