Izoleucin-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.5, izoleucil-tRNK sintetaza, izoleucil-transferna ribonukleatna sintetaza, izoleucil-transfer RNK sintetaza, izoleucin-transfer RNK ligaza, izoleucin-tRNK sintetaza, izoleucinska translaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-izoleucin:tRNKIle ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
