Mosaikormstjärna (Ophiopholis aculeata)[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10] är en ormstjärneart som först beskrevs av Carl von Linné 1767. Mosaikormstjärna ingår i släktet Ophiopholis och familjen bandormstjärnor.[11][12][13] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[13] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[11]
