ไซโทโครม P450 3A43 (อังกฤษ: Cytochrome P450 3A43; ชื่อย่อ: CYP3A43; EC 1.14.13.157) เป็นโปรตีนในมหาสกุลไซโทโครม P450 ของมนุษย์ ซึ่งถูกควบคุมโดยยีน CYP3A43 ^[3][4][5] ซึ่งยีนนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกลุ่มยีน cytochrome P₄₅₀ บน โครโมโซมคู่ที่ 7 โลคัส 7q22.1^[3][5] การเลือกตัดอินทรอน (alternative splicing) ของยีนนี้ทำให้ได้โปรตีน CYP3A43 ที่มีความแตกต่างกันทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 3 ไอโซฟอร์ม^[5] ทั้งนี้ เอนไซม์ในกลุ่มไซโทโครม P450 นี้จะแสดงฤทธิ์เป็นมอนอออกซีจีเนส ซึ่งจะมีส่วนช่วยเร่งการเกิดปฏิกิริยาที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับการเกิดเมแทบอลิซึมของยา และการสังเคราะห์คอเลสเตอรอล สเตอรอยด์ และกรดไขมันชนิดอื่น ๆ โดยเอนไซม์นี้สามารถออกฤทธิ์เป็นเทสโทสเทอโรนไฮดรอกซีเลส (testosterone hydroxylase) ได้บ้างเล็กน้อย ถึงแม้จะทราบกันดีว่ามียาหลายชนิดที่ต้องถูกเมแทบอไลซ์โดยกลุ่มเอนไซม์ในไซโทโครม P450 แต่ในกรณีของ CYP3A43 นั้นยังไม่อาจทราบได้แน่ชัดว่าเอนไซม์ดังกล่าวมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการเกิดเมแทบอลิซึมของสารซีโนไบโอติคอย่างไร^[5]
