อาเธอร์ เบนท์ลี่ย์ (16 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1870 – 21 พฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 1957 ) เป็นนักรัฐศาสตร์และนักนักปรัชญา ซึ่งทำงานในสาขาญาณวิทยา ตรรกศาสตร์ ภาษาศาสตร์ และมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาระเบียบวิจัยพฤติกรรมศาสตร์ของรัฐศาสตร์ เขาได้รับปริญญาตรีสาขาศิลปศาสตร์ในปี ค.ศ. 1892 และปริญญาเอกในปี ค.ศ. 1895ที่มหาวิทยาลัยจอนส์ฮอปกินส์[1][1][1][1][2]
