Galaktozilgalaktozilksilozilprotein 3-beta-glukuronoziltransferaz 3, insanlarda B3GAT3 geni tarafından kodlanan bir enzimdir.[4][5]
Protein, glukuroniltransferaz gen ailesinin üyesi olan bu gen tarafından kodlanmıştır; sıkı alıcı özgüllüğü sergileyen enzimler, indirgenmeyen terminal şekerleri ve bunların anomerik bağlantılarını tanır. Bu gen ürünü, proteoglikanların bağlantı bölgesinin biyosentezinin son aşamasında bir glukuronil transfer reaksiyonu yoluyla glikozaminoglikan-protein bağlantısının oluşumunu katalizler.[5]
