Karoksazon

Karoksazon (Surodil, Timostenil), daha önce depresyon tedavisinde kullanılan ancak artık pazarlanmayan bir antidepresandır.[1][2] Hem MAO-A hem de MAO-B alt tiplerinin geri dönüşümlü bir monoamin oksidaz inhibitörü (RIMA) olarak görev yapar ve ikincisi için beş kat tercih edilir.[3][4][5][6][7]
