Ó jẹ́ aṣojú ní ilé ìgbìmọ̀ aṣòfin lẹ́yìn tí ó wọlé látàrí ètò ìdìbò ti oṣù kẹrin ọdún 2007 lábẹ́ ẹgbẹ́ òṣèlú People's Democratic Party.[3] Ó jẹ́ ààrẹ ní ilé ìgbìmọ̀ aṣòfin.[4][5]
