Minnatullah Rahmani (Ni wọn bini ọjọ kèjè óṣu April, ọdun 1913 – ọjọ ògun, óṣu March ọdun 1991) jẹ́ ónimọ ẹsin musulumi sunni ti ilẹ India to jẹ akọkọ gbogbo akọwé ti igbimọ aladani ófin ti gbógbó musulumi ilẹ india[1]. Arakunrin naa jade ni Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama ati Darul Uloom Deoband pẹlu ọmọ ẹgbẹ iṣofin ijọ Bihar. Rahmani tun jẹ gbógbó akọwe fun Jamiat Ulama Bihar. Babà rẹ Muhammad Ali Mungeri jẹ óludasilẹ Nadwatul Ulama ti ọmọ rẹ, Wali Rahmani da ilè ẹkọ Rahmani30 silẹ.

Minnatullah Rahmani ni wọn bisi ilẹ Munger ni ọjọ kèjè, óṣu April, ọdun 1913[2] . Bara rẹ Muhammad Ali Mungeri jẹ óludasilẹ ti Nadwatul Ulama ni ilu Lucknow.[3].

Rahmani ṣè ẹkọ ibẹrẹ ni Munger to si lọ si Hyderabad lati kẹkọ lori ede larubawa pẹ̀lu Mufti Abd al-Lateef. Arakunrin naa kẹkọ ni Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama fun ọ̀dun mẹrin. Ni ọdun 1349 AH, o lọ si Darul Uloom Deoband nibi to ti kẹkọ pẹlu Ahmad Madani lori Sahih Bukhari to si jade ni ọdun 1352 AH[4]. Awọn ólukọ rẹ to ku ni Asghar Hussain Deobandi ati Muhammad Shafi Usmani[5].

Ni ọdun 1936, Rahmani jẹ gbógbó akọwe ti Jamiat Ulama Bihar[5]. Arakunrin naa jẹ̀ ọkan lara ọmọ ẹgbẹ Ẹgbẹ óminira musulumi eyi ti Abul Muhasin Muhammad Sajjad da silẹ ni ọdun 1935[5]. Arakunrin naa jẹ Sajjada Nashin ti Khanqah-e-Rahmani, Munger ni 1361 AH ati ikan lara ọmọ ẹgbẹ igbimọ Darul Uloom Deoband ni ọdun 1955, ipo to ṣiṣẹ fun titi ọjọ iku rẹ[6].

Pẹlu Muhammad Tayyib Qasmi, O kopa pataki ninu idasilẹ igbimọ ọfin gbógbó musulumi ilẹ India ti wọn si fi jẹ gbógbó akọwẹ akọkọ ni ibẹrẹ ipade naa ni ọjọ keji dinlọgbọn, óṣu December ni ọdun 1972[7].

Ni ọdun 1964, Arakunrin naa kopa ninu apèjọ gbogbó musulumi ágbàyè gẹgẹbi àṣoju ilẹ India. Ni ọdun 1945, Rahman tun Jamia Rahmania da silẹ, èyi to jẹ ilè kèwu to gbajumọ ni Munger, ilẹ India[2][8] He died on 20 March 1991.[9]. Arakunrin naa ku ni ọjọ ógun, óṣu March, ọdun 1991.
