HD 89744，又名BD+41 2076，SAO 43309、HR 4067，是一颗大熊座的恒星[1][2]，视星等为5.76，位于銀經178.39，銀緯56.39，其B1900.0坐标为赤經10h 16m 13.9s，赤緯+41° 56.39′ 14″。該恆星是距離地球約130光年的黃-白矮星。2000年4月以逕向速度法發現該恆星旁有一顆系外行星[4]。
HD 89744的質量是太陽的1.45倍，投影自轉速度8.0 km s–1.[3]。
