多倫多暴龍選秀歷史

安德里亞·巴格納尼，2006年首輪第一順位入選。這也是暴龍隊選秀歷史上，唯一一次的狀元籤。

在NBA選秀歷史上，多倫多暴龍隊共計完成三十四次選秀。1995年6月28日，暴龍隊作為NBA的擴編球隊（英语：Expansion_team），在多倫多的羅傑士中心（當時為 SkyDome體育館）完成隊史第一次選秀。在1989年，NBA通過選秀條款，所有的選秀必須縮減至兩輪內完成，而每支隊伍每年都能在首輪及二輪選秀，各擁有一支籤。這項安排到現在仍然繼續[1]。 在此之前，首輪選秀的樂透籤，也就是順位靠前的選秀機會，只提供給沒有打進季後賽的隊伍們。 另外，球隊可以交易選秀權。亦即在選秀會上，可能有隊伍的選秀籤數量超過或少於二[2]。

多倫多暴龍隊史上的第一支首輪籤，挑選了戴蒙·斯塔德邁爾, 一名來自亞利桑那州大的控球後衛，當年他是1995年NBA選秀的第七順位。 現場觀眾非常訝異，所有人都認為，暴龍隊應該會選擇UCLA的艾德·奧班農（英语：Ed O'Bannon）。同年的第二輪選秀，暴龍隊挑上了密西根五虎中的吉米·金[3]。 隔年，暴龍隊贏得了狀元籤，但根據當時NBA的擴充條款，暴龍隊需要放棄這支籤[4]。 在2003年NBA選秀會上，暴龍隊以第四順位挑選了克里斯·波許，他是隊史第三位入選全明星賽的球星[5][6][7]。2006年NBA選秀，暴龍隊以首輪第一順位挑選了安德里亞·巴格納尼，也是NBA選秀歷史上第一位成為狀元的歐洲籍球員。 [8]
