子宫主韧带（英語：cardinal ligament, Mackenrodt's ligament[1] lateral cervical ligament, transverse cervical ligament）是一个子宫的主要韧带。它位于子宫阔韧带上；每个女性身体上都有一对主韧带。
概述
[编辑]子宫主韧里带通过闭孔内肌的闭孔筋膜链接子宫颈与盆侧壁，并与周围的盆腔血管纤维组织外部连接。它的功能包括支撑子宫[2]。
它在子宫切除术中有重要临床意义[3][4]。由于其与输尿管毗邻，整个手术可能会损害韧带链接。
