敘利亞突厥斯坦伊斯蘭黨，是突厥斯坦伊斯蘭黨的敘利亞分支，是一個武裝的維吾爾族薩拉菲聖戰組織，在敘利亞內戰中作為反對派存在。

雖然突厥斯坦伊斯蘭黨在敘利亞一直很活躍，但該組織的核心領導層位於阿富汗和巴基斯坦(联邦直辖部落地区)，在中國的本土領土上有存在。突厥斯坦伊斯蘭黨的敘利亞分支機構通過土耳其郵政局和土耳其銀行為組織募集捐款。
