黎飛梅[1]（英語：Kenneth Rafe Mair；1931年12月31日—2017年10月9日），加拿大卑詩省律師、時評人、政治人物，卑詩社會信用黨籍。

1931年生於溫哥華[2]，父親原籍紐西蘭屋崙。[3]1949年入讀卑詩大學。1953年升讀法律。[4]1975至1981年任卑詩省省議會議員，代表錦碌（英语：Kamloops (provincial electoral district)）選區，期間任衛生廳長（英语：Ministry of Health (British Columbia)）、環境廳長等職。[2]2017年10月9日在溫哥華逝世，享壽85歲。[5][6]
