Weapon Details

The Alley Flash is a Weapon Event's weapon used to increase the damage dealt by the wearer, making it flexible to the characters. However, the downside of this weapon is the increased damage is disabled for five seconds when the wearer takes damage. That's why when you plan to use this weapon on your character, ensure the enemies are not hitting them, or you may experience DPS loss. It has the highest Base ATk on any four-star sword in the game, making it viable to any DPS. However, it is balanced by a low Elemental Mastery attribute.

As of version 3.8, the characters can use this weapon as follows. Note that it may be added, but it was limited due to the constraints of the template.

Bennett

A viable four-star weapon for Bennett due to its high Base ATK, which is essential for him and maximizing his buffing capabilities. The additional Elemental Mastery bonus help on Bennett when you want to deal with some elemental reaction while getting Elemental Particles to charge up your Elemental Burst or if you plan to use Bennett as your DPS.

Kaeya

At R5, the Calvary Captain is a competitive four-star weapon that can be used on him whether you plan to use Kaeya in Freeze and Reverse Melt due to its high Base ATK. However, it will lose it value if you always get hit by enemies, so beware of it.

 
Geo Traveler

Even though you cannot use the Elemental Mastery substat, its high Base ATK and good passive makes it a viable four-star weapon for them since it can outperform some of the swords in the game like Harbinger of Dawn and Amenoma Kageuchi, assuming you got R5 on the Alley Flash.
