Background
[edit]In the CIS countries there were different youth. Everyone had their own tastes. Teenagers always had small conflicts and fights, And teenagers also had conflicts because of anime.[2] The incident in the shopping center in Russia served as Creation of PMCs [1]
Attack and riots
[edit]A large mass brawl occurred on February 22, 2023, at the Aviapark shopping center in Moscow. The participants included representatives of the Ryodan private military company and football fans.[3] Video of the brawl was widely circulated online.[4]
Attacks on Belarusian and Ukrainian shopping centers
Redan PMC also staged riots in shopping centers; large-scale riots and pogroms occurred. Redan PMC also tried to organize meetings, but it was unsuccessful.[5]

[edit]In 2023, a group of Belarusian teenagers attempted to organize a meeting of Redan PMC travelers. However, the meeting was broken up by local Belarusian police.[6][7]
