Restoration request

[edit]

Hi Jimfbleak, I am writing to request the restoration of the deleted text from Draft:Arnt Obsidian Gronbech into my personal user sandbox. While I respect the need to maintain quality standards across the project, summarizing a living artist's entire career and manually formatting complex wikitext takes significant time and effort. Having a complete draft summarily deleted without prior notice or a chance to address specific editorial concerns is incredibly discouraging. As well, the claim that the text is automated or purely promotional is incorrect, the material is entirely factual and was structured manually. It is frustrating to have human effort dismissed by what appears to be a rigid, automated assessment of tone. If there are specific passages or elements that triggered the G15/promo flag, I am gladly and willingly prepared to edit them. However, I cannot address these concerns or improve the draft if the entire text is inaccessible. Please restore the deleted history to my personal sandbox so that I have the opportunity to review the prose, strip out any phrasing deemed non-neutral, and ensure the article strictly aligns with project guidelines. Thank you for your time and assistance. DocArchitect26 (talk) 13:28, 15 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

@Jimfbleak I went ahead and undeleted this, given that the user recreated it (absent formatting) anyways. I kind of doubt it was AI, as GPTZero gives a score of less than 100%. GPTZero is not super reliable, and basically anything less than 100% is probably a human. And even if it is 100%, I then would feed it into another checker. @CaptainEek: thanks. @DocArchitect26: has edited exclusively on members of the same band, but in response to a COI query they claim to be just a fan, so I'll AGF on that Jimfbleak - talk to me? 05:48, 17 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
I don’t understand why it’s considered a problem that I chose to create articles about members of a band. When I started editing, it felt natural to begin with subjects I actually know something about rather than random topics.
Being a fan does not mean I can’t be objective. It simply means I am familiar with the people, their projects, and the available sources. My goal has never been to promote anyone, but to document notable musicians using reliable references and in accordance with Wikipedia’s standards.
I’ve only been here a short time, and much of my experience has been spent navigating obstacles and procedures while trying to learn. My intention was simply to complete one project before moving on to another, not to advertise or advocate for anyone. DocArchitect26 (talk) 06:25, 17 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Feedback

[edit]

Feedback is welcome. The article is based on significant coverage from independent reliable sources spanning more than two decades. If any sourcing, neutrality, or policy issues remain, I’d appreciate specific suggestions so they can be addressed. DocArchitect26 (talk) 17:56, 25 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
