Prince Pablo (in Spanish El Príncipe Pablo) was a Spanish adventure booklet, written by Pablo Gago and drawn by Leopoldo Ortiz. It was published in 1953 by the Valencian publisher Editorial Maga. It was Gago's first series with a medieval setting.[1] It also marked the debut of Leopoldo Ortiz, who received drawing assistance from his brother José Ortiz, who created the covers.[2]
Critical reception
[edit]For comics critics Pedro Porcel Torrens and Paco Baena, Prince Pablo mixes the adventure tale with the fairy tale, and features artwork that is overly rigid.[1][2]
