[edit]

The disclaimer clearly states that it should be both. However the first line states "officially Londonderry" and the source is the Oxford dictionary. This is incorrect as it is officially "Derry/Londonderry" as per official road signs and map data. There is no official record stating that it is called Londonderry and no accurate or supporting source is provided. 2A02:C7C:E4AD:3500:7C4F:D8F8:CFC0:94C5 (talk) 17:31, 14 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. meamemg (talk) 17:58, 14 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Under City Walls section, clarifying language suggestion

[edit]

Under "City Walls", paragraph 2, the current description says "The Walls were built in 1613–1619 by The Honourable The Irish Society as defences for early 17th-century settlers from England and Scotland."

This may suggest that the settlers were being protected from England and Scotland. I suggest changing the wording to "...settlers who came from England and Scotland." and/or adding "...as part of the Plantation of Ulster." 2A01:AC:1002:C200:B7E3:D617:A7C3:F5FD (talk) 10:51, 19 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
