Lately, a lot of Discord users have been falsely receiving violations or bans for out of context messages, being in servers that violate the Terms of Service or other strange reasons.

It is rumored that bans are happening because of automated moderation bot checks.

Nepal Government

Did you hear that in Nepal people overthrew the government and used Discord to elect a new PM or smth, you should add that. It's included here CBS News. However, I would stress that unless there's some reason that Discord should have caught that and reported that to the authories, it was just a choice of medium that the suspect said he used, and really doesn't belong here, yet.
