Request for Draft Review: Abdullah Shuaib
[edit source]Hello! I hope you're having a good day.
I recently created a new draft for the Iraqi Turkmen artist Abdullah Shuaib at Draft:Abdullah Shuaib. I noticed that you are an experienced editor, and I was wondering if you might have a few moments to review it when you have some free time?
I have made sure to write it from a neutral point of view and included multiple reliable, independent sources (such as Monte Carlo Doualiya, Kurdistan24) to establish notability.
Any feedback or help with getting it approved would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and efforts! ~~~~ Assekoas (talk) 15:19, 18 September 2026 (UTC)
Veervijay moved to draftspace
[edit source]Thanks for your contributions to Veervijay. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, it consists of AI-generated text and Missing reference details.. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. scope_creepTalk 19:43, 23 September 2026 (UTC)
The article Alexis Delahante has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Tagged for notability concerns for over 8 years. No other language has a reliably sourced article from which to translate. Poorly sourced biography about an art dealer from 200 years ago.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.
If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. Bearian (talk) 09:42, 24 September 2026 (UTC)

[edit source]Hi - Can you please add WikiProject Engineering to the page as I was unable to find how to do it. Also, can you remove these hidden categories, thx.
- Articles with short description
- Short description is different from Wikidata
- Pages using infobox person with multiple spouses
FMCDH (talk) 02:55, 9 October 2026 (UTC)
- Hey. I've added WP Engineering to the talk page. Hidden categories aren't usually added or removed, rather they're automatically generated if the article meets a certain criteria. I've added a template to the spouse field in the infobox to remove him from the multiple spouse category (the comma was the issue). Biographical articles should have a short description so that's one you want to have appear. It's common for the description not to be identical to Wikidata. If that's of concern you can modify the Wikidata description to match, or vice versa. Cheers. Jevansen (talk) 03:29, 9 October 2026 (UTC)
- I updated Wikidata to match the short description but both description tags still show. Can they be removed now? FMCDH (talk) 11:45, 10 October 2026 (UTC)
- The description was still slightly different which is why that one was showing. I've changed it to the Wikidata version as that one was most appropriate. He now has Category:Short description matches Wikidata. These sorts of categories aren't indicative or any errors in the article and are simply administrative categories used for varying purposes. The goal isn't to have them cleared and they're not viewable to the average reader as you need to be both logged in and have a user setting ticked in order for them to appear.
