[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson has been reverted.
Your edit here to Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://parismichaeljackson.blogspot.com/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. [edit]
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church, Tuet when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.
Thank you. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 15:46, 21 November 2025 (UTC)
Introduction to contentious topics
[edit]You have recently edited a page related to the region of South Asia (India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal), broadly construed, including but not limited to history, politics, ethnicity, and social groups, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Additionally, you must be logged in, have 500 edits, and have an account age of 30 days in order to make edits related to two subtopics: (1) Indian military history, or (2) social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

- Hi PJohnTimes and thanks for your contributions! Please note that you are not allowed to make edits about social groups in South Asia, such as castes, until your account has made 500 edits. I can see from your editing that you are interested in Christianity in India. I'd say that editing about things like churches and religious figures should generally be fine, but Draft:Caste Discrimination by Syrian Christians in Kerala falls under this restriction given that it is focused on caste and caste discrimination. If you have any questions about whether you are allowed to edit on a particular topic, please just let me know and I'll do my best to help. Happy editing! MCE89 (talk) 21:56, 23 December 2025 (UTC)

Additionally you may wish to read about the topic restrictions No contentious topic code has been specified. MCE89 (talk) 21:57, 23 December 2025 (UTC)
Edit summaries
[edit]Please leave an edit summary with each edit you make. This is especially important when making edits that substantially alter an article or could result in its deletion, such as when tagging an article for proposed deletion. You failed to do so here, which could have led to the article's deletion if editors watching the page had not taken notice of the content of your edit. Best, ~ Pbritti (talk) 19:35, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for the info, will do in future edits. PJohnTimes (talk) 08:58, 29 December 2025 (UTC)
St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church, Neendakara moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church, Neendakara. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Dclemens1971 (talk) 00:15, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
