Provisional National Defence Council

Ein policies dey reflect a revolutionary government dat bi pragmatic insyd ein approach.  De economic objectives for de PNDC bi halt give Ghana ein economic decay, stabilize de economy, den stimulate economic growth. De PNDC san bring a change insyd de people ein attitude from a 'government will provide' position to participating insyd nation-building. 

De PNDC dey provide a new constitution insyd 1992 den hold elections dat year. Rawlings ein party, de NDC, win de presidential election plus 58% of de vote. De opposition boycott de subsequent parliamentary elections.[1]
