Ƙungiyar Tarayyar Afirka ƙungiya ce da ke ƙarƙashin sabuwar kungiyar Tarayyar Afirka da ke hulda da layin dogo. Yana kama da Ƙungiyar Ƙasa ta Railways (UIC).
