Borealosuchus est genus crocodilium exstinctorum e fossilibus agnitum cuius species a Cretaceo superiori usque ad Eocaenum in America Septentrionali vixerunt.
B. sternbergii (species typica) Maastrichtio vixit in Colorato, Montana, Dacota Septentrionali Meridionalique, Vyomina; B. acutidentatus Palaeocaeno in Saskatchewan; B. formidabilis Palaeocaeno in Dacota Septentrionali et Vyomina; B. griffithi Palaeocaeno in Alberta Canadae; B. wilsoni Eocaeno in Vyomina.
