June Mathis, født 30. januar 1887 i Leadville i Colorado, død 26. juli 1927 i New York, var en amerikansk manusforfatter. Hun var den første kvinnen som fungerte som daglig leder for Metro/MGM og var i 1922 den høyest betalte daglige lederen i Hollywood.[3]
I 1926 ble hun beskrevet som den tredje mest mektige kvinnen i Hollywood etter Mary Pickford og Norma Talmadge.[4] Mathis huskes også i dag for å ha oppdaget Rudolph Valentino og å ha gitt ham roller i filmer, som De fire ryttere (1921), og Blod og sand (1922).
Mathis døde 40 år gammel av hjerteinnfarkt.[5]
