D-alanin—D-serin ligaza (EC 6.3.2.35, VanC, VanE, VanG) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-alanin:D-serin ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

D-alanil-D-serin + ADP + fosfat
Produkt ovog enzima, D-alanil-D-serin, može da bude inkorporiran u peptidoglikanski pentapeptid umesto uobičajenog D-alanil-D-alanin dipeptida.
