Benjamin Richard Grubbs (born March 10, 1984 in Eclectic, Alabama) is an American former professional football offensive guard. He played parts of 9 years in the National Football League (NFL). He played for the Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints, and Kansas City Chiefs. Grubbs was drafted out of Auburn University by the Baltimore Ravens with the 29th pick in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He made two Pro Bowls; one in 2012 and one in 2014.
The Kansas City Chiefs released Grubbs at the end of the 2015 NFL season. [1] Grubbs retired shortly after because of a neck injury.[2]
