The Morobe big-eyed tree frog (Nyctimystes trachydermis) is a tree frog from Papua New Guinea. It lives in the mountains in the southeastern peninsula. Scientists found it between 1280 and 2480 meters above sea level.[3][2][4][1]
Scientists say this is one of the largest frogs in the genus Nyctimystes. The male frog can grow to 88 mm long from nose to rear end and scientists are not sure how large the female can be. It has rough skin on its back and brown eyes.[3]
