No Way Out (2012), known as No Escape in Germany,[1] was a professional wrestling pay-per-view show made by WWE. It took place on June 17, 2012 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. It was the twelfth and last No Way Out event held by WWE. The following year, its June slot was given to a new PPV called Payback.[2]
