Roosevelt "Rosey" Taylor (July 4, 1937 – May 29, 2020) was an American professional football player. He was a safety. He played for the Chicago Bears, San Francisco 49ers, and Washington Redskins of the National Football League (NFL). His career lasted between 1961 and 1972.
Taylor was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He played college football at Grambling State University. Taylor died on May 29, 2020 at the age of 82.[1]
