"Walk Em Down" is the third single off of American rapper NLE Choppa's first studio album Top Shotta. The song was released on March 19, 2020. It also featured American rapper Roddy Ricch.
The song was able to make it to #11 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, #2 on the Rhythmic, #3 on the Rolling Stone Top 100, and #28 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.[1][2][3][4] It was also certified 4× Platinum by Music Canada and 3× Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[5][6]
In the song, Choppa raps about selling drugs and killing people who try to mess with him. Roddy raps about drinking lean and paying people to kill for him. In the song, he references the 2006 Yung Joc song "It's Goin' Down" and the 2017 Tay-K song "The Race".[7]
A music video for the song was released. It was directed by Christian Sutton. In the video, Choppa raps and dances in front of a grocery store and in a car. Roddy raps in an apartment.[8]
