Winton Malcolm "Red" Blount, Jr. (February 1, 1921 – October 24, 2002) was the United States Postmaster General from 1969 to 1972. He is also known as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of construction giant Blount International.
He was the last Postmaster who led the Post Office as an Executive Department and held cabinet-member rank.
