抑癌蛋白M (英語:Oncostatin M ,缩写OSM ,也译作制癌蛋白M 、抑瘤素M )是由人类基因 OSM 编码 的蛋白质[ 5] ,由209个氨基酸 残基组成。OSM是一种多效的 细胞因子 ,属于IL-6 家族[ 6] ,和白血病抑制因子 (LIF)在结构和功能上类似[ 6] ,在肝脏 发育、造血作用 、炎症 反应以及中枢神经系统 发育和骨形成中有重要作用[ 7] 。
