Aotearoa

[edit]

WP:NCNZ is a guideline for titling articles. You even wikilinked Aotearoa, which instead of talking about the country it is referencing it discusses a word. Wikipedia is an international encyclopaedia and you cannot assume every reader will be from New Zealand. Traumnovelle (talk) 21:41, 14 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Explanations

[edit]

About page 24-hour clock, the terms "wee hours" and "small hours" despite having a source, are not valid, as 00:00 until 06:00 is only postmidnight, not part of the morning. The two terms "daytime" and "nighttime" are unnecessary to be here. 168.232.221.207 (talk) 13:25, 20 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, thanks for reaching out!
For the future, make sure to include explanations in your edit summaries - this was reason why I had reverted your edit.
As you are deleting sourced information, I'd recommend starting a discussion on Talk:24-hour clock first, and explaining why you think the information should be removed or why the referenced sources are incorrect.
Thanks, Nil🥝 (talk) 13:34, 20 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to respectfully bring to your attention that the information you previously shared regarding the institution from which Dr. Hassan Ayariga obtained his PhD appears to be outdated and inaccurate. As of today, degrees from Atlantic International University (AIU) are recognized in several African countries, particularly in Central and West Africa.
Labeling AIU as a "degree mill" is, therefore, a mischaracterization that could be considered defamatory and unsubstantiated. It is important that such claims be based on current and verifiable data.
I trust that Wikipedia aims to provide accurate, neutral, and well-sourced information, and I hope any future updates will reflect that standard accordingly. Scartoer (talk) 10:54, 16 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Ben Ahlers. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Ben Ahlers), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. July 2025

[edit]

Hello Nil NZ. Regarding the recent revert you made to Idiotville, Oregon: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template index/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Twinkle contains a good utility for adding warnings after a rollback through its system. Once the talk page for the user opens, go to the TW menu at the top right of the main section, select Warn, and then pick a warning template. It's much easier than adding a warning manually :) UmbyUmbreon (talk) 07:05, 3 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks @UmbyUmbreon, unfortunately the TW menu doesn't appear on my mobile browser, which I would have made that reversion with. I normally add talkpage warnings (even typing out/copy–pasting on mobile), but will admit I miss them on occasion, so appreciate the reminder! Nil🥝 (talk) 04:02, 4 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Scandiweb

[edit]
Hello,
Removing orphan tag - article is linked from other pages, which can be clearly seen on this page - Special:WhatLinksHere/Scandiweb. As well as before no link was not an issue. Scandiweb is an agency so there is no changes to get linked from other pages with makes us hard to make changes now. 89.221.127.177 (talk) 11:34, 21 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
None of those articles are in the main space - with the exception of the first one (a redirect to the page), the rest are form user talk pages.
The orphan tag should remain, and as an employee, you should not be editing that page. Nil🥝Talk 11:42, 21 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Word counts

[edit]

Please stop adding word counts to plot summaries, they are only useful if everyone who edits the plot summary keeps them up-to-date and that is not the case. - adamstom97 (talk) 09:43, 28 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Adamstom.97, most people (albeit, not everyone) were updating the word count accurately, even if previous editors hadn't.

The word count I added was accurate to your last edit, so I don't understand why you reverted it, and leaving edit summaries like this doesn't help either. You previously deleted it without explanation (mistakenly, I'd assumed), so I'm sorry for re-adding it without knowing what the issue is.

Would it not be worth noting that the current plot summary is 690 words, so any extra would likely push it over the limit?
Thanks, Nil🥝Talk 10:23, 28 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Right now the article is popular and people are keeping it up-to-date, but it doesn't take long for that to fall off. In my experience, these hidden notes get out of date really quickly and could lead to more confusion. For example, say someone in a few months cuts down the summary by 40 or 50 words and doesn't update the note. Someone coming along might think that there isn't much room to expand it, when that is not the case. That is why I think it is better to just recommend that every editor checks the current word count themselves, rather than assuming that the note is correct. - adamstom97 (talk) 10:42, 28 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Ngā mihi for explaining, and I do agree that it could be an issue. Ideally, editors should be checking the word counts of their edits, but practically we know that that doesn't always happen, so having a word count is a simple pragmatic solution to that.
I'm going to reinstate it on the basis that it's useful for other editors (this is a collaborative effort, after all), and that it is being kept up to date. When the updates go stale/fall off, I have absolutely no problem with it being removed, but for now there are a lot of changes happening (the movie is only a week old, so understandable), and there are more than enough page watchlisters keeping the figure updated. At the moment it's not a problem, and is of more use than it is an issue.
Thanks, Nil🥝Talk 22:11, 28 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: User:Bob12435908/sandbox

[edit]

Hello Nil NZ, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of User:Bob12435908/sandbox, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not blatantly vandalism or a hoax. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. CoconutOctopus talk 11:11, 2 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Cheers @CoconutOctopus, I do think it's still CSD worthy though, if you'd be willing to reconsider?
I tagged with G3 as the supposed micronation doesn't exist. The source on the page (soloist.ai/allotia) is an obvious spam link, so I probably should have tagged as G11 as well. Nil🥝Talk 11:19, 2 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
If it was in mainspace I'd be more inclined to agree, but people can mostly do what they want in their sandboxes (within obvious reason) and I find it best to be lenient there. The link is pretty much just a self hosted "look at my cool micronation!" page so I don't think this is a deliberate attemptto post a hoax on Wikipedia and more a new user just not quite getting what we're here for. CoconutOctopus talk 11:30, 2 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough, I'll leave it (even though it probably fits WP:U5 too).
Hopefully the user doesn't attempt anymore of this, but they seem to be heeding their Talk page warnings for now. Nil🥝Talk 11:41, 2 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback granted

[edit]

Hi Nil NZ. After reviewing your request, I have enabled rollback on your account. Please keep the following things in mind while using rollback:

  • Being granted rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle or Ultraviolet. It just adds a [rollback] button next to a page's latest live revision. It does not grant you any additional "status" on Wikipedia, nor does it change how Wikipedia policies apply to you.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear and unambiguous cases of vandalism only. Never use rollback to revert good faith edits. For more information about when rollback is appropriate, see Wikipedia:Rollback § When to use rollback.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war, and it should never be used in a content-related dispute to restore the page to your preferred revision. If rollback is abused or used for this purpose or any other inappropriate purpose, the permission will be revoked.
  • Use common sense. If you're not sure about something, ask!

I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, and feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into trouble or have any questions about appropriate use of rollback. If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin) and Wikipedia:Rollback. Good luck and thanks! Giraffer (talk) 18:54, 6 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary account IP viewer granted

[edit]
The temporary account IP viewer logo, composed of the Wikipedia globe with a user and an IP address

Hello, Nil NZ. Per your request, your account has been granted temporary account IP viewer rights. You are now able to reveal the IP addresses of individuals using temporary accounts that are not visible to the general public. This is very sensitive information that is only to be used to aid in anti-abuse workflows. Please take a moment to review Wikipedia:Temporary account IP viewer for more information on this user right. It is important to remember:

  • You must not share IP address data with someone who does not have the same access permissions unless disclosure is permissible as per guidelines listed at Foundation:Policy:Wikimedia Access to Temporary Account IP Addresses Policy.
  • Access should not be used for political control, to apply pressure on editors, or as a threat against another editor in a content dispute. There must be a valid reason to investigate a temporary user. Note that using multiple temporary accounts is not forbidden, so long as they are not used in violation of policies (for example, block or ban evasion).

It is also important to note that the following actions are logged for others to see:

  • When a user accepts the preference that enables or disables IP reveal for their account.
  • Revealing an IP address of a temporary account.
  • Listing the temporary accounts that are associated with an IP address or CIDR range.

Remember, even if a user is violating policy, avoid revealing personal information if possible. Use temporary account usernames rather than disclosing IP addresses directly, or give information such as same network/not same network or similar. If you do not want the user right anymore then please ask me or another administrator and it will be removed for you. You may also voluntarily give up access at any time by visiting Special:Preferences. Happy editing! — rsjaffe 🗣️ 02:25, 8 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Recent Page Engagement

[edit]

Dear Nil, we have recently engaged together on a discussion over the page for Moshe Reuven. After the deletion discussion which I have withdrawn (and fully agree with the general community consensus), the new editor who defended the page at the time, has substantially re-written its content, making strict emphasis on the Grammys and highlighting single release information in a covertly-promotional style.

Given the "edit war" and major COI history of the page, I believe this is not a coincidence. The page content was completely fine and encyclopedic before; now it reads like a artist page summary on Spotify. I do not want to appear prejudice, so I am asking for your second opinion.

P.S. Call me paranoid; if you listen to this podcast, the tone and writing style of the contributor Systems292 is vastly similar to the presenter. Same pauses, same logical brakes in a middle of the sentence, same tone. I will not press these charges as they are too much of a stretch, but in the back of my mind I am convinced this IS him, just using a different computer and IP to edit a page about himself. Pathetic. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Silvymaro (talkcontribs) 16:37, 24 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I've had a look and I think the page is okay, as it's been trimmed of WP:PUFFERY. I removed one part not backed up by citations, and it's been page protected, but I've added to my watchlist and will keep an eye on it for the future. Nil🥝 22:55, 24 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I did, however, find some copyright violations. I've removed them now, but please be careful when writing critical reception sections. You can not copy and paste entire sentences/paragraphs, as you had done here.

You tagged this draft as an attack article that should be deleted. And I was just wondering, of the two people the article talks about, which one do you think is being attacked by the editor? Thank you for providing more infomation. Liz Read! Talk! 05:34, 30 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Liz: I ummed and ahhed whether G10 would correctly apply, but ended up erring on the side of caution by tagging it anyway for an admin to review, as I felt it would fit the description from Wikipedia:Attack page, as biographical material that is entirely negative in tone and [...] poorly sourced.
In this case, it appears to have been drafted to disparage Rivers, who is not notable outside of WP:BLP1E, with descriptions that violate WP:BLPCRIME. The sources are largely unreliable, being from the likes of WP:NYPOST, WP:DAILYMAIL, WP:FOXNEWS, WP:NATIONALREVIEW or partisan sources like Right to Life. Nil🥝 05:50, 30 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Guide to temporary accounts

[edit]

Hello, Nil NZ. This message is being sent to remind you of significant upcoming changes regarding logged-out editing.

Starting 4 November, logged-out editors will no longer have their IP address publicly displayed. Instead, they will have a temporary account (TA) associated with their edits. Users with some extended rights like administrators and CheckUsers, as well as users with the temporary account IP viewer (TAIV) user right will still be able to reveal temporary users' IP addresses and all contributions made by temporary accounts from a specific IP address or range.

How do temporary accounts work?

Editing from a temporary account
  • When a logged-out user completes an edit or a logged action for the first time, a cookie will be set in this user's browser and a temporary account tied with this cookie will be automatically created for them. This account's name will follow the pattern: ~2025-12345-67 (a tilde, year of creation, a number split into units of 5).
  • All subsequent actions by the temporary account user will be attributed to this username. The cookie will expire 90 days after its creation. As long as it exists, all edits made from this device will be attributed to this temporary account. It will be the same account even if the IP address changes, unless the user clears their cookies or uses a different device or web browser.
  • A record of the IP address used at the time of each edit will be stored for 90 days after the edit. Users with the temporary account IP viewer (TAIV) user right will be able to see the underlying IP addresses.
  • As a measure against vandalism, there are two limitations on the creation of temporary accounts:
    • There has to be a minimum of 10 minutes between subsequent temporary account creations from the same IP (or /64 range in case of IPv6).
    • There can be a maximum of 6 temporary accounts created from an IP (or /64 range) within a period of 24 hours.

Temporary account IP viewer user right

How to enable IP Reveal

Impact for administrators

  • It will be possible to block many abusers by just blocking their temporary accounts. A blocked person won't be able to create new temporary accounts quickly if the admin selects the autoblock option.
  • It will still be possible to block an IP address or IP range.
  • Temporary accounts will not be retroactively applied to contributions made before the deployment. On Special:Contributions, you will be able to see existing IP user contributions, but not new contributions made by temporary accounts on that IP address. Instead, you should use Special:IPContributions for this (see a video about IPContributions in a gallery below).

Rules about IP information disclosure

  • Publicizing an IP address gained through TAIV access is generally not allowed (e.g. ~2025-12345-67 previously edited as 192.0.2.1 or ~2025-12345-67's IP address is 192.0.2.1).
  • Publicly linking a TA to another TA is allowed if "reasonably believed to be necessary". (e.g. ~2025-12345-67 and ~2025-12345-68 are likely the same person, so I am counting their reverts together toward 3RR, but not Hey ~2025-12345-68, you did some good editing as ~2025-12345-67)
  • See Wikipedia:Temporary account IP viewer § What can and can't be said for more detailed guidelines.

Useful tools for patrollers

  • It is possible to view if a user has opted-in to view temporary account IPs via the User Info card, available in Preferences → Appearance → Advanced options → Tick Enable the user info card
    • This feature also makes it possible for anyone to see the approximate count of temporary accounts active on the same IP address range.
  • Special:IPContributions allows viewing all edits and temporary accounts connected to a specific IP address or IP range.
  • Similarly, Special:GlobalContributions supports global search for a given temporary account's activity.
  • The auto-reveal feature (see video below) allows users with the right permissions to automatically reveal all IP addresses for a limited time window.

Note

[edit]

This is probably skirting the line of disclosing information. Disclosing Your IP /24 has only made two other edits this year, on pages Mandruss hasn't edited on at all wasn't really needed IMO, and could help someone looking for the IP address of this temp account. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) 22:07, 4 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @45dogs, I appreciate the cautious approach, but I disagree that this could help someone find the temp's IP, as I intentionally:
  • didn't name or hint at the pages that the IP range has edited (other than to say another editor hadn't edited them), and;
  • gave no other hints (such as geolocation or ISP) of the IP range (other than say it's made two other edits).
Whilst (in hindsight) I could have perhaps been a bit more vague (e.g. "your IP has had no interactions with Mandruss previously, and shows almost no recent activity of logged-out edits"), I think it still comfortably clears WP:TAIVDISCLOSE in this case. Nil🥝 22:42, 4 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Bubble2beef is a confirmed sockpuppet

[edit]

Hello Nil NZ, an editor partially blocked from editing the article about Thomas Skinner (businessman) has returned as "Wehavetoknow1" and "Bubble2beef". You had recently undone their edits, but their latest edit is still online. I won't restore it but perhaps you're interested. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 10:13, 6 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

That was done. Perhaps the article needs to be checked for BLP issues/neutrality; I have mentioned this at WP:BLPN now. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 10:28, 6 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the clean up @ToBeFree (and also @45dogs for the sock reverts) – I only saw this briefly last night as I was heading to bed, so hadn't had the chance do much further. I suspect there were some COI issues in addition to the socking, but hopefully with ECP in place there won't be further disruptions – I see other editors have already made some constructive changes thanks to Talk page use. The discussion is over but I just want to let you know that you can't keep spreading misinformation.

Every song on the album charted, do not try to spread lies. Excuse me? Don't cast aspersions because we disagree on notability here. Let's look at the charts". I guess Korean charts don't count, the place where she was born doesn't have any charts and don't support her music? Maybe take a look at her discography page? You are picking and tearing apart and twist the policy to your liking and enjoyment. By the way we use a different policy on songs, which every user pointed to, which you ignored!

Please do point out the valuable information that 'Billboard''' says about the song? The skates behind her? The place it was recorded? It says 0 about the song they just describe the video MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 00:32, 9 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

This is an absolute failure to assume good faith. Please do not come to my talk page unless you are will to do so in good faith; otherwise, it comes across as you trying to get the last word in.
For future, engaging in good faith would have meant saying "all the songs charted in Korea". You did not do that – you jumped straight to accusing me of lying without providing the pertinent context. You only it mentioning now, in a sarcastic manner, is not helpful. AFD is a discussion, and not a battleground, so don't treat it like one.
Regardless, my main point was that this song charted on multiple charts – that's still true.
I quoted WP:SIGCOV, and you accused me of making it up – that's a failure on your part to read our WP:NOTABILITY policy, which it was quoted from, and was not me spreading misinformation.
I also did not ignore WP:NSONG. Quite the opposite. I based my !keep vote entirely on WP:NSONG.
You are picking and tearing apart and twist the policy to your liking and enjoyment is an absolutely offensive accusation to make against someone because they have a different interpretation of notability, and is 100% uncivil.
Withdraw and apologise for your baseless and bad faith accusations, or get off my talk page. Nil🥝 02:21, 9 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I guess Korean charts don't count, the place where she was born[...]? She was born in New Zealand (and raised in Australia). Highlighting this as an example that editors do make mistakes, but the appropriate thing is to correct those mistakes in good faith – I don't think you were lying or spreading misinformation when you wrote that, and I hope you'll extend the same courtesy to others in the future.
Let's put this behind us and start afresh. Nil🥝 04:03, 9 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I came here in peace.
Perhaps, but just perhaps, take a look at the discography, which you did and I'm 100% sure of that. Decided to omit certain information, the one that was convenient to you at the time
I never said it wasn't true, it did chart on various countries...still doesn't make it notable. There are two other factors involved (which again you ignored) plus the non-trivial information, which is the main factor.
I read it, believe me I have know about it before you even join wiki, again different policy not pertinent to this context. I told you that already and didn't accuse you of anything
You basically merged the parts of the policies you liked and ignored everything else...doesn't work like that and I'm sure you know that?
Ok, my mistake, but "Rosé moved to South Korea" and that's where she rose to fame, that was the point I was trying to make
So which one do you want? Get off your talk page or start fresh? MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 23:25, 9 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
"Perhaps, but just perhaps, take a look at the discography, which you did and I'm 100% sure of that. Decided to omit certain information, the one that was convenient to you at the time."
  • This is an entirely bad faith assumption. The actual (boring) answer is I never looked at her discography page (until after your suggestion above); I checked the charting websites directly, but because I can't read Korean, and https://circlechart.kr doesn't have a general search function (afaict), I didn't see that those songs had charted. That was a silly mistake on my part, but it was 100% unintentional and not a deliberate decision to omit information – as I mentioned above, the good faith thing is to correct an editor, while the bad faith thing is to jump straight to accusing them of deliberately lying or spreading misinformation based on a false assumption.
"There are two other factors involved (which again you ignored) plus the non-trivial information, which is the main factor."
  • In terms of WP:NSONG – correct me if I'm misinterpreting your comments, but you seem to be saying that a song needs to meet all three criteria? It doesn't; it clearly says Any of the following factors [...] before listing them. Note the word any here means it only needs to meet one (or more) of the three; that's why I only engaged with the first criteria, and ignored the other two. Another editor also made this point.
"You basically merged the parts of the policies you liked and ignored everything else...doesn't work like that and I'm sure you know that?"
  • You'll also see that the very first line of WP:NSONG links to WP:SIGCOV, so me introducing it into the discussion is not "merging" parts of policies – your response, to quote, that it's not even in the policy, again misinformation! was a a bad faith accusation.
Look, we disagreed – it happens and I'm not expecting us to come to an agreement on the notability here. What I would like is for you to reconsider your approach in that AFD and the above comments. You've made multiple bad faith assumptions and accusations that missed the mark in terms of civility, and disappointingly it seems you've chosen to double down.
I request you strike your bad faith accusations so that we can move on and start afresh. Nil🥝 00:27, 10 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
So next time please look at an artist discography, because you were all argument was false with that. I'll make sure next time to point that out.
No, a song doesn't have to win awards to have its own article, the problem came with the streaming age because charts were alone good enough for it but if a high profile artist, let's say Taylor Swift, releases an album all her songs will enter multiple charts except the UK because they have proper rules to prevent a huge shakedown on the charts.
Sources alone regarding only the song will do the trick or if an album review has an entire paragraph about the song, plus another source with similar and a standalone source should suffice. Ofc all of this comes to each person individually and I try my best to keep a healthy balance and this area is quite gray
They do link but if were only taking into consideration WP:SIGCOV, every song would have its own article some with only charts.
Bad faith withdrawn!
Now something related I have a doubt, because as you pointed out correctly that Rose was born in NZ, shouldn't she be nominated for Aotearoa Music Awards? I don't have a full grasp of the aforementioned awards so I might be missing something and it seems to me that you do have
Cheers, MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 11:45, 10 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I'm kicking myself for not doing the obvious thing lol. Sometimes I'm used to having to hunt charting info for AFC / AFD reviews that I forget, for most artists, such information has already been turned into some great wikipedia articles. I appreciate you withdrawing the remarks, and I apologise for poor reaction, which didn't help deescalate things either.
But moving onto the important question – I double checked the criteria, and Rosé is definitely eligible for the AMA awards as she was born in NZ, and RMNZ (who run the awards) track her on the "Aotearoa Singles" charts, which track NZ artists only, so they definitely consider her one.
I think the most likely answer is that her management/label didn't put a nomination in; her album came out 6 December, and the nominations closed on 24 December, so they may have been too busy with promotion? I've also seen it suggested online (entirely speculation) that she considers Australia (where she spent her formative years) to be her "home" rather than NZ, so it just may not have been something she considered?
Either way it's a shame, as I would have enjoyed watching Apt. give Lorde & Charli a run for their money! Nil🥝 23:43, 10 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Either that or they prefer to give those awards to people that have spent most of their time in NZ and might not have the same commercial appeal. I'm sure Rose would have won a couple. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 19:55, 14 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Bella Ramsey Good Article Nomination

[edit]

Hi @Nil NZ. Apologies for the unsolicited question but I was wondering whether you would consider reviewing this page for good article status? I'm new to the process so I'm not sure whether your response to questions on the talk page makes you ineligible. If so, ignore me! But if not, it would be fantastic if you had the time to review. Thanks! Crp74 (talk) 15:25, 10 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Crp74, no need to apologise, you're more than welcome ask me anything here! I have made some edits to the article itself, but I don't think they'd count as significant. You've done a fantastic job updating the article, and I see @Rhain (as the other top contributor) has given it his blessing, so no concerns there.
I would love to say yes to reviewing, but am hesitant for two reasons;
  • This would be my first involvement in the GA process, having neither reviewed or nommed previously. That said, I'm a better reader than I am a writer, so I don't think there's an issue with starting as a reviewer, but it would be a learning process for us both.
  • I'm off across "the Ditch" for ~ten days in just over a week, and wouldn't want to hold the process up because of that.
If the nomination hasn't been picked up by the beginning of December though, I'd be happy to reconsider :) Nil🥝 02:05, 11 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Nil NZ. Hope things are well with you! In case it helps I've listed a couple of areas where I think the article could be improved (this is self-criticism as I contributed most of the text to these sections!). (1) I think the opening of the career section could be clearer on how old Bella was when e.g. they got their first job in GoT, when they landed their first film, and so on, to provide some context. (2) the intro and career section doesn't include their Critics Choice TV Awards despite it being one of the major associations alongside the Emmys, Golden Globes etc. I think that's an oversight by me. Finally, it would be interesting to hear your thoughts on whether the red text / dead link to Ella Schrey-Yeates is worth keeping (Rhain suggested yes, but Ella has virtually no independent relaible sources about her so it could be years before their wiki page is produced and approved). Of course, feel free to ignore any/all of these suggestions. But I thought it would be helpful at the start of the review to know what I think are weak spots / areas that I was already planning to improve. Thanks! Crp74 (talk) 14:47, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contributions to NGC 4346. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and NGC objects are not automatically notable — see WP:NASTRO.
