Favonigobius melanobranchus és una espècie de peix de la família dels gòbids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.^[2]

Morfologia

• Els mascles poden assolir 5,5 cm de longitud total.^[3][4]

Hàbitat

És un peix marí, de clima subtropical i demersal que viu entre 0-5 m de fondària.^[3]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba a Austràlia, Egipte,^[5] Indonèsia,^[6] Moçambic, Oman, Sud-àfrica i Tailàndia.^{[7][8][9][10][11]}

Observacions

És inofensiu per als humans.^[3]
