"I Am the Walrus" adalah lagu tahun 1967 oleh The Beatles, ditulis oleh John Lennon dan credited to Lennon-McCartney. Lennon berkata bahwa ia menulis 2 baris pertama ketika sedang menggunakan LSD. Lagu ini dimainkan dalam film dan album Magical Mystery Tour, dan diterbitkan sebagai B-side untuk lagu "Hello, Goodbye".
Lennon menulis lagu ini dengan menggabungkan 3 lagu yang ia tulis. Kemudian, ketika mendengar bahwa salah seorang guru sekolahnya menyuruh murid menafsirkan lagu Beatles, ia menambahkan omong kosong untuk membingungkan pendengar.
Walrus dalam lagu ini adalah rujukan kepada buku karya Lewis Carroll The Walrus and the Carpenter. Lennon kemudian menyatakan kekecewaan ketika mendengar bahwa walrus itu adalah penjahat dalam puisi tersebut.
Lagu pertama ditulis Lennon ketika mendengar sirene polisi di rumahnya di Weybridge, ia menulis baris "Mis-ter cit-y police-man" ke dalam lagu sirene itu. Lagu kedua mengenai Lennon duduk di kebunnya di Weybridge. Lagu ketiga adalah omong kosong mengenai duduk di corn flake. Karena tidak dapat menyelesaikan ketiga lagu tersebut, ia menggabungkan mereka menjadi satu lagu.
